Our story…
Nasce nel 2018 dall’unione di due visioni amiche, quelle di Lorenzo Chinellato e Tommaso Sandri, accomunate dalla passione per il buon cibo e l’amore verso il proprio territorio.
Un progetto in continua evoluzione al cui centro vi si trova l’artigianalità e la sostenibilità impreziositi dalla creatività di Lorenzo e Tommaso, artisti visivi oltre che paninari.
Ogni panino è frutto di un’accurata ricerca, dalla materia prima agli abbinamenti, ogni arredo è realizzato dalle stesse mani che preparano la maionese e gli altri ingredienti. Ogni prodotto ed imballaggio utilizzato è pensato per ridurre al minimo sprechi ed inquinamento, la plastica monouso è assente quasi del tutto.
Fast Mood è un’ecosistema elastico ed aperto che si basa su relazioni dirette con i fornitori, i produttori e gli artigiani che gli ruotano attorno.
Fast Mood non esisterebbe senza il sostegno di familiari, amici e aziende che credono in questo progetto.
Questa realtà non offre solamente il servizio fast food gourmet ma ricopre anche l’organizzazione di eventi, la partecipazione a manifestazioni gastronomiche e la realizzazione di catering “slow good”.
Was born in 2018 by the union of two visions, Lorenzo Chinellato and Tommaso Sandri’s ones, joint together by the passion for good and healthy food and the love for their home town, Lignano Sabbiadoro.
The core of this still evolving project is represented by the craftsmanship and the sustainability tied together by the creativity of these two visual artists besides than sandwich-maker.
Every burger is the fruit of accurate research from the raw materials to the tastes combinations, every furnishing is made by the same hands that every day prepare the mayonnaise and the other ingredients. Every product or packaging is thought to reduce every waste and polluting actions, the mono-use plastic is almost totally absent.
Fast Mood is an elastic ecosystem based on a direct relationship with suppliers, craftmen e producers that hang around our homeland.
Fast Mood wouldn’t exist without the precious support of parents, friends and enterprises who strongly believe in us.
Fast Mood not only offers the fast food service in locum but it also deals with the organization of events, the participation to gastronomic festival and the realization of private catering “slow good”.
